Artist Uses Oil From His Face And Fingers To Create ‘iPhone Oil Paintings’

Artist Jonathan Keller Keller has created a series of oil paintings on his iPhone that borders between the line of gross and ingenious.

He uses ‘human-grease’ from his face and fingers as a medium to paint his iPhone screen—leaving trails of oil smudges on the screen.

He then manipulates the ‘paintings’ with light—showing how it can affect his designs.

He compiled various images in a series of GIFs to show the effects caused by light at different angles.

What do you think of Keller’s ‘master-greases’?
