How long does it take for a huge block of ice, with can drinks inside it, to melt?
7UP teamed up with BBDO Argentina to find out.
The ‘Melting Machine’ is a vending machine made of ice that doesn’t take money in exchange for free ice-cold soft drinks.
As the low-tech machine melted, passers-by were allowed to freely grab a can drink, and also guess what time the last can would be freed from its ice prison.
What’s also good about the machine—besides the free drinks—is that when it ran out of cans, it just completely melted and disappeared, taking up no space in the crowded urban streets.
