What happens when the smog obscures the scenic view of Victoria Harbor? The government came up with an amusing and nifty solution: fake banners of a panoramic skyline.
Tourists have taken well to this contraption, posing all-smiles against the banners. Some even take wide shots showing the contrast between the actual, murky view and the fake blue skies.
