Video Shows Dramatic Changes Of The ‘Ideal’ Female Body Over Centuries

We have recently featured a series of illustrations that show you how the “ideal” female body has changed over the past 100 years.



To give you a clearer picture of how women’s “ideal body type” has evolved over the years, Buzzfeed has created a three-minute video that shows you the dramatic changes in beauty standards.



Interestingly, most viewers disagreed with the depiction of the Golden Age of Hollywood, saying that ladies from the era were “no where near that big”, but are actually “skinny with curves”.
